Flatiron managed the construction of a new United Club in LaGuardia’s Terminal B, featuring a full-service kitchen, buffet and bar, meeting rooms, relaxation areas, and a customer service center. The project demanded close coordination with the ongoing terminal construction, as well as multiple agencies including PANYNJ, FAA, and TSA. Our team led extensive pre-construction planning and complex logistics, adapting seamlessly when the terminal transitioned to “airside” mid-project — navigating heightened security protocols, flight operations, and regulatory approvals to deliver on time and to spec.
